With more than 20 years of experience in formal adult education and human resource training, Francisco Salazar is an expert with much to offer to the Latin/Hispanic business community in the United States and Latin America.

Francisco’s professional background includes the following:

• Educator at the Technical Institute “Instituto Tecnico Luis Bogran” in Tegucigalpa, Honduras
• Technical Director of the Technical Institute “Instituto Tecnico               Honduras” in Tegucigalpa, Honduras
• Chief of the Training Unit of the “Empresa Nacional de Energía Eléctrica (ENEE)”, the only national provider of electric power in Honduras.  His responsibilities during his 7 year tenure included planning, organizing and executing training programs for ENEE.
• Follow-up Official for the Program “Becas para la Paz en CentroAmerica” (Scholarships for the Peace in Central America), while working for the United States Agency of International Development (USAID) in Honduras.
• Founder and CEO of the firm “Gerencia Tercer Milenio (GETEMI)”, a consulting and training company in Tegucigalpa, Honduras dedicated to the advising, training and development of human resources.
• President and CEO of the firm “J. Francisco Salazar & Associates, LLC”, a company dedicated to the stimulus and development of individual and team capacities in members of any type of organization with clients currently located primarily in Texas, Florida, and Utah.

Alejandra graduated with a bachelor’s degree in industrial mechanical engineering from the “Universidad Autonoma de Honduras (UNAH)”, in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

She was the Operation Manager of “Gerencia Tercer Milenio (GETEMI)” in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

Her professional background includes experience in energy generation, human resource training and banking.

Graduada con honores por su excelencia académica  como Licenciada en Contabilidad y Finanzas de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras.

Catedrática de Contabilidad por 12 años para la universidad donde se graduó y por 10 años para la Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana (UNITEC).

Trabajo como Oficial del Control del Gasto Publico para el Ministerio de Finanzas de Honduras.

 
Asimismo fungió Directora de Finanzas del Fondo de Desarrollo Cooperativo en Honduras.

Jose has a degree in Business Management from the “Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Honduras (UNAH)”, and a graduate degree in Public Management from the “Instituto CentroAmericano de Administración Publica – (ICAP)”, in San José, Costa Rica.  Jose also obtained a degree in Profesional Development from the “Instituto de Formación Profesional”, in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

After spending many years working for the private and public sectors in Honduras, Jose is currently Facilitator of our training programs and our Coordinator of Operations in the state of Florida.

• Founder and CEO of “Rapid En Cargo, Inc”, a company currently dedicated to parcel/package delivery to different countries in Central America and Mexico.
