This letter is intended to express that in our Company, Electricity of Cortes S, de R. L. de C. V. ELCOSA, we have had the opportunity to receive the professional services from Juan Francisco Salazar as a Private Consultant. His services have specifically been focused on the achievement of the following areas:
- Description of the Employment Positions of the staff in the Director’s Office in accordance to the Mission and Vision of the Company.
- Diagnosis and Proposal of a new Organizational Chart based on the newly prepared employment positions.
- Proposal of a Performance Evaluation System for the employees, both for the technical and administrative personnel.
- Proposal of a Recognition and Incentive System for the personnel.
- Research Study of interests and needs, and proposal of a logic redistribution of the different offices in the building and other related locations (Lay Out).
In addition, it is my intention to manifest that all the work performed by Mr. Juan Francisco Salazar has proven to be of great benefit to our company, for the professionalism and capacity with which it was completed.
